Meet Your Makers

Ginger, a native of Savannah, holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Cleveland State University. After teaching high school for a couple of years she left to pursue her writing career. Since then she has written a memoir, He’s Not Broken: A Mother’s Journey to Acceptance, and a book of poetry, All These Things. She has written for many regional magazines and was honored to be invited to read at Eddie’s Attic in Atlanta. In addition to her writing, Ginger has always been an artist at heart. From her early days of drawing beside her father, and coloring at the kitchen table with her mother, she ventured into any art form she could get her hands on. She currently enjoys making mixed-media collage pieces using vintage images. Her work has been featured in several local galleries. You can learn more about Ginger on her Instagram account Paper Soup.
